Black Panther: Wakanda Forever

Having speculated for months as to how exactly the death of Chadwick Boseman would be handled in the new movie, fans were given their answer in a number of scenes in the trailer that choked many fans due to the parallels between the fictional death of T’Challa and the real life passing of Boseman. While many reacted to the sight of Boseman, others noted that the trailer also gives a first tease of the new Black Panther in the MCU, and that is something that will also take a little getting used to.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever will see the introduction of a whole new world to the MCU with the arrival of Namor, a character whose arrival has been rumored for some time and who will be played by Tenoch Huerta in the movie. While the trailer gives just a little tease of the conflict to come between the nations of Wakanda and Atlantis, but with plenty of action and more time spent in Wakanda being promised in the sequel, we can expect a number of sweeping battles to take place between the two sides over the course of the movie.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever features the return of Angela Bassett, Letitia Wright, Winston Duke, Danai Gurira, Lupita Nyong’o, Martin Freeman and the introduction of Dominique Thorne as Riri Williams, aka Ironheart, who makes her MCU debut ahead of her own TV show on Disney+ next year. The film will arrive in cinemas on November 11 as the culmination of Phase 4 of the MCU.
